New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday, November 16, 2021:

November 15, 2021, 2:52 p.m. – Daphine Ann Murphy, 44, Solsberry, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke her bond in a case involving felony neglect of a dependent child and misdemeanor false informing. She was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Kelly Hutchens was the arresting officer.

November 16, 2021, 2:00 a.m. – Crystal Renee Overton, 33, Washington, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor sniffing – inhaling toxic vapors. Her bond was set at $500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Linton Police Officer Bobby Pierce was the arresting officer.

November 16, 2021, 6:31 a.m. – Carman Dominick Harris, 30, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor leaving the scene of a crash involving property damage, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment. His bond was set at $4,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Harvey Holt was the arresting officer.

November 16, 2021, 8:17 a.m. – Garrett Ray Carter, 27, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for misdemeanor invasion of privacy and another warrant issued on a petition to revoke bond in a felony burglary case after he failed to appear at his sentencing hearing. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Det. David Elmore was the arresting officer.
