November 12, 2021, 3:46 p.m. – Corey Lynn Carnegie, 53, Loogootee, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony habitual traffic violator. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $400 and was released later the same day. Indiana State Police Trooper Ben Burris was the arresting officer.

November 12, 2021, 4:20 p.m. – Heather Jean McClary, 35, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of misdemeanor operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in body. She was being held without bond.

November 12, 2021, 4:41 p.m. – Joey Dean Brown, 44, Bedford, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment. He was being held without bond.

November 12, 2021, 8:39 p.m. – Ezekiel Thomas Morrow, 31, Linton, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony intimidation and battery resulting in bodily injury, and misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. His bond was set at $10,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Linton Police Officer Alan Jackson was the arresting officer.

November 13, 2021, 3:42 a.m. – James Edward McCormick, Jr., 51, Solsberry, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor invasion of privacy. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Harvey Holt was the arresting officer.

November 13, 2021, 7:14 p.m. – Ronald M. Smith, 58, Dugger, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction and resisting law enforcement using a vehicle, and misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $12,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $1,200 and was released later the same day. Indiana Conservation Officer Cole Hollingsworth was the arresting officer.

November 14, 2021, 3:26 p.m. – Stephen Scott Wheeler, 48, Jasonville, Ind, was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor placement of a prohibited 911 call. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Jasonville Police Officer Andrew Duguay was the arresting officer.

November 14, 2021, 4:08 p.m. – Steven Kent Dougherty, 54, Linton, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration equivalent to .15 or more, and misdemeanor leaving the scene of a property damage crash. His bond was set at $8,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted bond, release information unknown. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy James Carpenter was the arresting officer.
