November 9, 2021, 9:24 p.m. – Jared Daniel Dorsey, 23, Solsberry, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a charge of misdemeanor invasion of privacy. He was being held without bond pending court appearance.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
