October 27, 2:13 p.m. – Collins Edward Lueallen Jr., 33, Crane, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia and visiting a common nuisance. He’s also being held on a warrant issued in another county for failure to appear. He’s being held without bond on the warrant and on the new charges, held without bond pending court appearance. Indiana State Police Trooper Jarrod Lents was the arresting officer.

October 27, 3:28 p.m. – Pamela Jean Delph, 30, Lyons, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia and visiting a common nuisance. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Indiana State Police Trooper Jarrod Lents was the arresting officer.

October 27, 3:49 p.m. – Jeremy Christopher Hall, 38, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Indiana State Police Trooper Jarrod Lents was the arresting officer.
