New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Monday, October 25, 2021:

October 22, 3:40 p.m. – Steven Eugene Harden, 29, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of syringe, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Det. Shawn Cullison was the arresting officer.

October 22, 9:23 p.m. – Jenifer Marie Reed, 32, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for a charge of felony criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $500 and was released later the same day.

October 22, 11:49 p.m. – Brandon Kent Craig Bass, 34, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on three warrants issued out of another county in cases of failure to appear and invasion of privacy. He was being held without bond. Jasonville Police Officer Skylar Scott was the arresting officer.

October 23, 2:52 a.m. – Joseph Michael McBride II, 18, Linton, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of a handgun without a license. His bond was set at $1,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Linton Police Officer Cayden Walker was the arresting officer.

October 24, 10:49 p.m. – Alverton Stark Lerch, 55, Mitchell, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued in a case of felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction. He was being held without bond.
