September 3, 11:35 a.m. – Timothy Glen Scott Jr., 27, Terre Haute, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for felony theft. He was being held without bond.

September 3, 2:39 p.m. – Diana Jean Schroyer, 47, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of felony neglect of a dependent. Her bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $400 and was released later the same day. Greene County Prosecutor’s Investigator Julie Criger was the arresting officer.

September 3, 4:49 p.m. – Larz Jerrell Horton, 26, Lyons, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for felony criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Michael Stanley was the arresting officer.

September 3, 9:21 p.m. – Devlan Marie White Harmon, 37, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving misdemeanor conversion. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed.

September 3, 10:38 p.m. – Timothy Lee McClure, 41, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Michael Stanley was the arresting officer.

September 3, 10:38 p.m. – Goldie Louise Kieninger, 38, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and driving while suspended with a prior within 10 years. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Michael Stanley was the arresting officer.
