September 18, 12:31 p.m. – Bryan Lee Cullison, Jr., 38, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for an alleged violation of home detention in a case involving felony dealing methamphetamine. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Harvey Holt was the arresting officer.

September 18, 5:59 p.m. – Bret Michael Lee, 60, Worthington, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $400 and was released on September 19. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Harvey Holt was the arresting officer.

September 18, 7:08 p.m. – Nathan Wayne Davidson, 26, Dugger, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug and possession of a syringe, and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Alan Jackson was the arresting officer.

September 18, 11:34 p.m. – David James Weber, 26, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor domestic battery and on another warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for misdemeanor invasion of privacy. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent allowed on the failure to appear but he was being held without bond on the petition to revoke. Jasonville Police Officer Jake Gambill was the arresting officer.

September 19, 11:07 p.m. – Amanda Kristine May, 36, Lewis, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. September 20, 1:30 a.m. – Michael Allen Bailey, 35, Hymera, Ind., was arrested on three warrants, one issued out of Clay County for failure to appear, one issued out of Sullivan County for an alleged probation violation and one issued out of Sullivan County in a case involving felony battery against a public safety official, auto theft and criminal conversion, and misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and driving while suspended with a prior. He was being held without bond and has been transferred. Jasonville Police Officer Dustin Cain was the arresting officer.

His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed on the warrant but was being held without bond on the new charge pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Zachary Goad was the arresting officer.
