September 18, 12:31 p.m. – Bryan Lee Cullison, Jr., 38, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for an alleged violation of home detention in a case involving felony dealing methamphetamine. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Harvey Holt was the arresting officer.

September 18, 5:59 p.m. – Bret Michael Lee, 60, Worthington, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $400 and was released on September 19. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Harvey Holt was the arresting officer.

September 18, 7:08 p.m. – Nathan Wayne Davidson, 26, Dugger, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug and possession of a syringe, and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Alan Jackson was the arresting officer.

September 18, 11:34 p.m. – David James Weber, 26, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor domestic battery and on another warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for misdemeanor invasion of privacy. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent allowed on the failure to appear but he was being held without bond on the petition to revoke. Jasonville Police Officer Jake Gambill was the arresting officer.

September 19, 11:07 p.m. – Amanda Kristine May, 36, Lewis, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Worthington Deputy Marshal Ryan Montgomery was the arresting officer.

September 20, 12:19 a.m. – Jeremiah Kane Smith, 39, Dugger, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years old and misdemeanor battery with bodily injury. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $500 – no info available on release. Linton Police Officer Nick Yingling was the arresting officer.

September 20, 12:23 a.m. – Clay Edward Bixler, 39, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and on a Writ of Attachment. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed on the new charge and $2,000 cash only on the Writ. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Wayman JR Blazier was the arresting officer.

September 20, 1:29 a.m. – Cory Wayne Collins, 30, Sullivan, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued out of Sullivan County in a case involving felony intimidation. He was being held without bond. Jasonville Police Officer Dustin Cain was the arresting officer.

September 20, 1:30 a.m. – Michael Allen Bailey, 35, Hymera, Ind., was arrested on three warrants, one issued out of Clay County for failure to appear, one issued out of Sullivan County for an alleged probation violation and one issued out of Sullivan County in a case involving felony battery against a public safety official, auto theft and criminal conversion, and misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and driving while suspended with a prior. He was being held without bond and has been transferred. Jasonville Police Officer Dustin Cain was the arresting officer.

September 20, 2:38 a.m. – Michael Dean Raper, 57, Lyons, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Linton Police Officer Joe Riley was the arresting officer.

September 20, 4:25 p.m. – Bradon Jacob Fulk, 26, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor possession of marijuana. His bond was set at $500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $50 and was released later the same day. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Wayman JR Blazier was the arresting officer.
