New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Monday, May 4, 2020:

May 1, 10:23 p.m. – Jayde Michael Fuller, 19, Linton, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor dealing marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. His bond was set at $2,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $250 and was released on May 2. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Brittany Ingram was the arresting officer.

May 2, 3:29 a.m. – Lacey Margaret Stewart, 21, Sandborn, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Her bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $400 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.

May 2, 4:20 a.m. – Michael Howard Chitwood, 47, Linton, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction, and misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment. His bond was set at $8,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Sgt. Bobby Pierce was the arresting officer.
