May 21, 11:31 p.m. – Logan Andrew Shaw, 23, Crane, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on preliminary charges of felony burglary and misdemeanor theft. His bond was set at $16,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Indiana State Police Trooper Benjamin Smith was the arresting officer.

May 22, 2:05 a.m. – Sarah Nicole King, 36, Springville, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with an alcohol concentration equivalent to .15 or more, and possession of a controlled substance. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Camron Frye was the arresting officer.

May 22, 2:25 p.m. – John Chittick Calhoun, 73, Spencer, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with an alcohol concentration equivalent to .15 or more, and misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with an alcohol concentration equivalent to .15 or more. May 22, 2:56 p.m. – Janna Annett Hineman, 30, Lyons, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence on a conviction of misdemeanor criminal mischief. She was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy James Carpenter was the arresting officer.

May 23, 10:53 a.m. – Jana Danielle Comer, 42, Indianapolis, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator with a lifetime suspension, and misdemeanor reckless driving and operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license. Her bond was set at $11,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $1,100 and was released May 24. Indiana State Police Trooper John Yung was the arresting officer.

May 23, 3:47 p.m. – Brandy Jean Wilkes, 40, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a petition to revoke bond in a case involving felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor battery with bodily injury and possession of marijuana. She was being held without bond.

May 24, 9:26 p.m. – Chad Dewayne Johnson, 38, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $8,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $800 and was released on May 25. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.

May 24, 10:04 p.m. – Anthony Michael Hamm, 32, Vincennes, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony intimidation and misdemeanor domestic battery. May 24, 10:47 p.m. – Heather Nicole Piatt, 37, Linton, Ind., was arrested on an out-of-state warrant issued for a probation violation but the case was dismissed or hold not approved. She was released from custody on May 26. Linton Police Officer Kyle Robison was the arresting officer.

May 25, 7:04 p.m. – Jason Dale Allen, 37, Heltonville, Ind., was arrested on two warrants issued out of Monroe County on bond revocations. He was being held without bond. He was transferred out on May 26. Linton Police Officer John Agan was the arresting officer.

May 26, 12:32 a.m. – Eric Von Peterson, 44, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony resisting law enforcement and misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $8,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $800 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.
