February 27, 8:00 a.m. – Jesse Roscoe Lumm II, 34, Elnora, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony intimidation and misdemeanor driving while suspended – second offense and public intoxication. His bond was set at $6,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $650 and was released later the same day. Indiana State Police Trooper Richard Klun was the arresting officer.

February 27, 1:26 p.m. – John Paul Chapman, 46, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior within 10 years. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Linton Police Officer Orry Phipps was the arresting officer.

February 27, 4:32 p.m. – Jesse Roscoe Lumm II, 34, Elnora, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor invasion of privacy. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Camron Frye was the arresting officer. (Note: This entry is not a mistake. Lumm was arrested earlier in the day, bonded out, and was arrested again later in the day.)

February 28, 12:51 a.m. – Paul Matthew Turpin, 44, Sullivan, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and on a warrant issued out of Sullivan County in a case involving felony burglary, auto theft, and misdemeanor criminal trespassing and theft. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Sgt. Bobby Pierce was the arresting officer.

February 28, 1:11 a.m. – Megan Nicole Muse, 37, Linton, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of a syringe, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and driving while suspended with a prior within 10 years. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Sgt. Bobby Pierce was the arresting officer.

February 28, 3:59 a.m. – Curtis Glen Sparks, 39, Solsberry, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor invasion of privacy. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Zachary Goad was the arresting officer.
