New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Monday, February 24, 2020:

February 21, 2:29 p.m. – Todd Scott Laughlin, 50, Odon, Ind., was arrested on a Writ of Attachment. His bond was set at $300 cash only. He posted $300 and was released later the same day.

February 21, 6:18 p.m. – Jeffery Allen Hutcherson Jr., 33, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor domestic battery. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $100 and was released on February 22. Linton Police Officer Nick Yingling was the arresting officer.

February 22, 4:47 a.m. – John Thomas Rogers, 27, Switz City, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor public intoxication. His bond was set at $500 with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $50 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Zachary Goad was the arresting officer.

February 22, 6:15 p.m. – Troy Allen Lowe, 36, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a Writ of Attachment and new preliminary charges of felony driving while suspended – second offense and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. His bond was set at $2,000 cash only on the Writ and $4,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed on the new charges.

February 23, 1:33 a.m. – Michael Wayne Fahey, 45, Linton, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy David Elmore was the arresting officer.
