February 15, 4:36 a.m. – Phyllis Jean Merriman, 53, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of cocaine or narcotic drug and dealing in cocaine or narcotic drug, and misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possession of paraphernalia. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Sgt. Bobby Pierce was the arresting officer.

February 15, 5:31 a.m. – Alton James Stone, 22, Switz City, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony theft. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Zachary Goad was the arresting officer.

February 15, 6:51 a.m. – Daniel Scott Hash, 30, Solsberry, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $400 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Sgt. Bobby Pierce was the arresting officer.

February 15, 2:39 p.m. – Ashley Renee White, 36, Evansville, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended – second offense. Her bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $100 and was released later the same day. Indiana State Police Trooper Richard Klun was the arresting officer.

February 16, 3:44 a.m. – Christopher Michael Whitfield, 38, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor invasion of privacy. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Zachary Goad was the arresting officer.
