New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Monday, February 10, 2020:

February 7, 5:04 p.m. – Brittany Nicole Knapp, 26, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on approximately five warrants issued out of Monroe County in cases involving felony dealing in methamphetamine, dealing in a Schedule IV drug, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a syringe, theft and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and false informing. She was being held without bond and was transferred to Monroe County on February 8. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Alan Jackson was the arresting officer.

February 8, 10:54 p.m. – Gracie Mae Ellis, 19, Dugger, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor battery. Her bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $100 and was released on February 9. Linton Police Officer Adam King was the arresting officer.

February 9, 12:42 a.m. – Brayden Levi Hancock, 22, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charges of misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, dealing marijuana and possession of marijuana. His bond was set at $2,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $200 and was released later the same day. Linton Police Officer Nick Yingling was the arresting officer.

February 9, 7:36 p.m. – Brandon James Truax, 38, Odon, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $400 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Alan Jackson was the arresting officer.

February 10, 1:24 a.m. – Lacey Margaret Stewart, 21, Sandborn, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. She was being held without bond. Linton Police Officer Joe Riley was the arresting officer.
