December 8, 12:52 p.m. – Mike Howard Chitwood, 48, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction. He was being held without bond.

December 8, 5:59 p.m. – Ethan Greer Hoadley, 28, Spencer, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of marijuana and dealing in a controlled substance – marijuana. His bond was set at $8,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Worthington Deputy Marshal Ryan Montgomery was the arresting officer.

December 8, 6:41 p.m. – Heather Jean McClary, 34, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment. Her bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Michael Stanley was the arresting officer.

December 8, 7:02 p.m. – Christopher Dwight Deckard, 36, Linton, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of a syringe, and misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Wayman JR Blazier was the arresting officer.
