November 18, 3:29 a.m. – Jordan Lee Burch, 32, Loogootee, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Brittany Ingram was the arresting officer.

November 18, 3:49 a.m. – Shiane Georgina Barnhart, 25, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony obstruction of justice and misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment, resisting law enforcement, disorderly conduct and possession of a controlled substance. Her bond was set at $10,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Brittany Ingram was the arresting officer.
