October 9, 7:32 p.m. – William Wayne Lacer, 41, Linton, Ind., was arrested on one warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony intimidation and on another warrant issued on a petition to revoke bond in a case involving misdemeanor harassment. He was being held without bond. Linton Police Officer John Agan was the arresting officer.

October 10, 3:49 a.m. – Mark Andrew Irons, 29, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor domestic battery. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $100 and was released on October 11. Jasonville Police Officer Dustin Cain was the arresting officer.

October 10, 4:21 a.m. – Kelsey Nicole Hammer, 28, Covington, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment and possession of a controlled substance. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Sgt. Bobby Pierce was the arresting officer.

October 10, 6:19 p.m. – Benjamin William Perney, 29, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated causing serious bodily injury and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. His bond was set at $10,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $1,050 and was released on October 11. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.

October 10, 11:37 p.m. – Dustin Dekota Pritts, 22, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued out of Vigo County for failure to appear. He was being held without bond. Linton Police Officer John Agan was the arresting officer.

October 11, 5:12 a.m. – Eric Von Peterson, 44, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony pointing a firearm at another person, criminal recklessness and intimidation, and misdemeanor domestic battery. He was being held without bond. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Brittany Ingram was the arresting officer.

October 11, 6:04 p.m. – Naydale Lynn Carbone, 34, Linton, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony intimidation and misdemeanor battery resulting in bodily injury. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Alan Jackson was the arresting officer.

October 12, 4:42 a.m. – Dane Russell Bolin, 33, Lyons, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and resisting law enforcement, and misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior within 10 years. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Alan Jackson was the arresting officer.

October 12, 12:00 p.m. – Dustin Lee Alsman, 32, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a Writ of Attachment with a bond of $1,000 cash only, a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a charge of misdemeanor violation of not having landowner’s consent to use property with a bond set at $5,000 surety with ten percent allowed, and on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior within 10 years with a bond set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed, and on a warrant issued out of Kosciusko County for failure to appear – held without bond, and on another warrant issued out of Kosciusko County on a probation violation – held without bond.
