January 8, 2:45 p.m. – Jordan Marie Loree, 25, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of felony theft where value of property is $750-$50,000. Her bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $400 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Bruce Porter was the arresting officer.

January 8, 6:03 p.m. – John William Balthus, 38, Vincennes, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of felony theft where value of property is $750-$50,000. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $400 and was released later the same day.

January 8, 6:33 p.m. – Vincent James Aliano Jr., 28, Springville, Ind., was arrested on multiple warrants, one issued for failure to appear in a Greene County case involving felony possession of a syringe, one issued for a probation violation/petition to revoke on a conviction of felony forgery in Monroe County, and one issued for a probation violation/petition to revoke on a conviction of felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possession of narcotics in Monroe County. His bond was set at $10,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed in Greene County but he was being held without bond for Monroe County. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy David Elmore was the arresting officer.

January 8, 10:27 p.m. – Tara Kaye Helton, 48, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony possession of methamphetamine. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Linton Police Officer Adam King was the arresting officer.
