January 3, 9:22 a.m. – Christopher Dwight Overly, 50, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor theft. He was being held without bond.

January 3, 12:36 p.m. – Bradley J. Bohnert, 45, Evansville, Ind., was arrested on three warrants. Two were issued on preliminary charges of felony theft and the third was for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor invasion of privacy. His bonds were set at $4,000, $4,000 and $5,000, all surety with ten percent cash allowed.

January 3, 2:15 p.m. – Danny Lee Mullis, 54, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of felony operating a motor vehicle with a lifetime suspension. His bond was set at $10,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $1,000 and was released later the same day.

January 3, 6:26 p.m. – Virginia Kay Burgess, 45, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine, neglect of a dependent and maintaining a common nuisance involving controlled substances, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Indiana State Police Trooper Richard Klun was the arresting officer.

January 3, 8:11 p.m. – Julie Gail Johnson, 48, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor driving while suspended and no financial responsibility. Bond information unknown. She was released later the same day.

January 5, 4:21 a.m. – Shawn Matthew Wilcox, 19, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor invasion of privacy. He was being held without bond. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.
