January 30, 9:13 a.m. – Brian Ray Blake, 48, homeless, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony residential entry and misdemeanor battery and criminal mischief. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy James Carpenter was the arresting officer.

January 30, 11:13 a.m. – Amanda Dawn Wheeler, 42, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on two warrants, one issued on a preliminary charge of felony theft and one issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence on a conviction of felony possession of a controlled substance. Her bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed in the first case but she was being held without bond on the petition to revoke. Greene County Sheriff’s Special Deputy Karen Oliphant was the arresting officer.

January 30, 3:05 p.m. – Jared Ross Shipley, 18, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $100 and was released later the same day. Indiana State Police Trooper Richard Klun was the arresting officer.

January 30, 3:47 p.m. – Ricky Lee Cain, 40, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on preliminary charges of felony theft and possession of a syringe and misdemeanor operating a vehicle without obtaining a license – second offense. His bond was set at $10,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Michael Coy was the arresting officer.

January 31, 2:37 a.m. – Kevin Carl Padgett Sr., 51, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a Writ of Attachment. His bond was set at $3,500 cash only. Linton Police Officer Nick Yingling was the arresting officer.
