December 31, 2:58 p.m. – Jessy James Harden, 29, Solsberry, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of felony dealing in marijuana. His bond was set at $10,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $1,000 and was released later the same day.

December 31, 10:03 p.m. – Timothy Eugene Smith, 64, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony resisting law enforcement and misdemeanor operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license – second offense. His bond was set at $4,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Jasonville Police Sgt. Brian Pilant was the arresting officer.

January 1, 2:42 a.m. – Amber Nicole Wilson, 36, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor domestic battery. Her bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $100 and was released later the same day. Jasonville Police Officer Skylar Scott was the arresting officer.

January 2, 12:25 a.m. – Thomas Carl Jaroscak, 43, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor driving while suspended. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Linton Police Officer Adam King was the arresting officer.

January 2, 3:11 a.m. – Nathan Daniel Barden, 31, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued out of another county for failure to appear. He was being held without bond. Linton Police Officer Joe Riley was the arresting officer.
