September 21, 12:13 a.m. – Caitlen Raeann Johnson, 29, Lyons, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Her bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $400 and was released later the same day. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Marvin Holt was the arresting officer.
