His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $500 and was released later the same day.

September 21, 12:13 a.m. – Caitlen Raeann Johnson, 29, Lyons, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Her bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $400 and was released later the same day. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Marvin Holt was the arresting officer.

September 21, 5:45 p.m. – Chance Matthew Schubla, 35, Linton, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor theft and resisting law enforcement. His bond was set at $2,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Linton Police Officer Nick Yingling was the arresting officer.
