September 13, 2:49 a.m. – Aaron Patrick Lynch, 35, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on warrants issued on a petition to revoke bond in a case involving felony possession of methamphetamine and a petition to revoke a suspended sentence on a conviction of misdemeanor public intoxication. He was being held without bond.

September 13, 3:58 p.m. – Shambree Leelynn Treadway, 39, Solsberry, Ind., was booked in to the jail on an alleged violation of work release on a conviction of felony identity deception and possession of a syringe. She was being held without bond.

September 13, 7:42 p.m. – Chad William Godsey, 39, Brazil, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and driving while suspended. His bond was set at $2,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $200 cash but was not released – he is being held on a warrant issued out of Henry County for failure to appear.

September 14, 10:47 a.m. – Michael Wayne Bailey, 43, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a Writ of Attachment. His bond was set at $500 cash only. He posted $500 cash and was released later the same day.

September 14, 10:05 p.m. – Michael Austin Rogers, 26, Worthington, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony intimidation. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy David Elmore was the arresting officer.

September 15, 2:55 a.m. – Anthony James Niebrugge, 49, Linton, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment, and reckless driving. His bond was set at $4,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $450 cash and was released later the same day. Linton Police Officer John Agan was the arresting officer.

September 15, 10:27 a.m. – Cory Lee Roby, 26, Bedford, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence on a conviction of misdemeanor possession of marijuana. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Harvey Holt was the arresting officer.

September 15, 6:44 p.m. – Christopher Ryan Andis, 20, Switz City, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor criminal trespassing. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Alan Jackson was the arresting officer.
