August 9, 11:39 a.m. – Coty Lee Parsley, 26, Newberry, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving misdemeanor false informing and driving while suspended – second offense. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $500 cash and was released later the same day.

August 10, 3:36 a.m. – Cassandra Wrenea Winters, 39, Linton, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated and misdemeanor reckless driving resulting in property damage. Her bond was set at $8,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $850 cash and was released later the same day. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Lt. Marvin Holt was the arresting officer.

August 10, 4:32 a.m. – Jared Ross Shelton, 28, Worthington, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges involving two counts of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $400 cash and was released later the same day. Linton Police Officer Joe Riley was the arresting officer.

August 11, 10:40 p.m. – Eric Ryan Vasko, 43, Mitchell, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor possession of marijuana. His bond was set at $500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $50 cash and was released on August 12. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy David Elmore was the arresting officer.

August 12, 12:19 a.m. – Guy C. Vermillion, 52, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued out of Parke County for an alleged probation violation. He was being held without bond. Jasonville Police Sgt. Brian Pilant was the arresting officer.

August 12, 1:18 a.m. – Shivjhon Nichole Butt, 32, Lyons, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $100 cash and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Sgt. Bobby Pierce was the arresting officer.

August 12, 4:11 a.m. – Ryan Wayne Botkin, 39, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor criminal trespassing. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Sgt. Bobby Pierce was the arresting officer.
