July 5, 6:53 p.m. – Kylee Danielle Bateman, 32, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence in a case involving felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of a syringe and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. She was being held without bond. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.

July 5, 7:19 p.m. – Andrew Steven Bland, 31, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a Writ of Attachment. His bond was set at $1,000 cash only. He posted $1,000 cash and was released on July 8. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.

July 7, 12:28 a.m. – John Luke Petrassi, 21, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of felony intimidation. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $400 cash and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Davis Aerne was the arresting officer.

July 7, 11:04 p.m. – Daniel Dale Evol, 67, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a passenger under the age of 18 and misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $8,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Sgt. Bobby Pierce was the arresting officer.

July 8, 12:19 a.m. – James Robert Kent, 32, Switz City, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor false reporting and possession of paraphernalia plus a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on preliminary charges of misdemeanor domestic battery and interfering with the reporting of a crime. His bond was set at $2,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed on the new charges and at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed on the warrant. He is also being held without bond on a probation violation in a case from another county. Linton Police Officer Adam King was the arresting officer.
