New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday, July 30, 2019:

July 29, 5:51 p.m. – Daniel Andrew Scoles, 40, Kokomo, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor theft. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed but he was being held without bond on a warrant of felony non-support of a dependent child issued out of another county. Linton Police Officer Nick Yingling was the arresting officer.

July 30, 12:19 a.m. – Cassandra Rose Matheney, 49, Beaver Dam, Kentucky, was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor possession of marijuana and dealing in marijuana. She was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Sgt. Bobby Pierce was the arresting officer.
