July 12, 6:47 p.m. – Christopher Lee Pilant, 47, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of felony failure to register as a sex offender and on a warrant issued in a case involving misdemeanor domestic battery. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed in one case and $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed in the other.

July 13, 11:35 p.m. – Beth Ann Stanley, 49, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC of .15 or more. Her bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $400 cash and was released later the same day. Linton Police Officer Adam King was the arresting officer.

July 14, 8:44 p.m. – James Edward McCormick, Jr., 48, Solsberry, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor domestic battery. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $100 cash and was released on July 15. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Adam Jackson was the arresting officer.
