June 22, 4:27 a.m. – Dawn Marie Johnson, 29, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor invasion of privacy, false reporting and disorderly conduct. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.

June 22, 8:45 p.m. – Mark Andrew Irons, 28, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor battery with bodily injury. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $100 cash and was released on June 23. Jasonville Police Officer Dustin Cain was the arresting officer.

June 23, 12:33 a.m. – Dustin Michael Giumelli, 24, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued out of Monroe County for failure to appear. He was being held without bond then transferred. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Davis Aerne was the arresting officer.

June 23, 6:58 p.m. – Jennifer Lynn Purvis, 50, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended – second offense. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Linton Police Officer John Agan was the arresting officer.

June 23, 11:38 p.m. – Luke William Ramsey, 19, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony resisting law enforcement and misdemeanor operating a vehicle with a Schedule I or II controlled substance in body. His bond was set at $8,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $800 cash and was released on June 24. Worthington Deputy Marshal Russell Walls was the arresting officer.

June 24, 1:12 a.m. – John Greg Nicholson, 45, Solsberry, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony criminal recklessness and misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol concentration equivalent to or greater than .15. His bond was set at $8,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Sgt. Bobby Pierce was the arresting officer.
