New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday, April 18, 2019:

  • April 17, 4:33 p.m. – Christopher Lee Pilant, 46, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor domestic battery. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $100 cash and was released on April 18. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy James Carpenter was the arresting officer.

  • April 17, 7:42 p.m. – Thomas Carl Jaroscak, 42, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor domestic battery. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $100 cash and was released on April 18. Linton Police Officer Adam King was the arresting officer.

  • April 18, 3:30 a.m. – Tracy Edward Taylor II, 28, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving misdemeanor driving while suspended – second offense. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $500 cash and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Davis Aerne was the arresting officer.

  • April 18, 3:50 a.m. – Todd Earl Bryant, 29, Solsberry, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance and neglect of a dependent and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy David Elmore was the arresting officer.
