New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Monday, April 1, 2019:

  • March 29, 9:10 p.m. – Rebecca Lee Burns, 29, Shelburn, Ind., was arrested on a Writ of Attachment. Her bond was set at $300 cash only. She was released later the same day after posting $300 cash. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Cameron Frye was the arresting officer.

  • March 29, 10:05 p.m. – Fawn Kimberly Dove, 37, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence in a case involving felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment and habitual traffic offender. She was being held without bond. Linton Police Officer John Agan was the arresting officer.

  • March 30, 3:10 a.m. – Levi Scott Moss, 29, Linton, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He was released later the same day after posting $400 cash. Linton Police Officer John Agan was the arresting officer.

  • March 30, 7:41 p.m. – Shadric Scott Jones, 39, Worthington, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated and resisting law enforcement. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He was released on March 31 after posting $500 cash. Worthington Deputy Marshal Russell Walls was the arresting officer.

  • March 31, 3:08 a.m. – Ricky Gene Patterson, 68, Vincennes, Ind., was arrested on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He was released later the same day after posting $400 cash. Bloomfield Deputy Marshall Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.

  • March 31, 3:54 p.m. – Shaniesha Roshay Waggoner, 25, Kokomo, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on preliminary charges of felony identity deception and misdemeanor reckless driving at unreasonable high or low speed. Her bond was set at $4,500 surety with ten percent allowed. She was released later the same day after posting $450 cash. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy David Elmore was the arresting officer.

  • March 31, 10:11 p.m. – Christy Danyel Davis, 29, Solsberry, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued out of Lawrence County in a case involving felony theft and possession of methamphetamine. She was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Alan Jackson was the arresting officer.
