New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday, March 14, and Friday, March 15:

  • March 13, 2:02 p.m. – Jamie Dale Hicks II, 27, Solsberry, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on an alleged probation violation in a case involving felony possession of methamphetamine. He was being held without bond. Courthouse Security Officer Patrick Fulford was the arresting officer.

  • March 13, 3:53 p.m. – Justin Dale Leon Franklin, 22, Fishers, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of misdemeanor invasion of privacy and resisting law enforcement. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy David Elmore was the arresting officer.

  • March 13, 11:13 p.m. – Jason Lee Mitchell, 45, Springville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of felony intimidation. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $400 cash and was released on March 14. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy David Elmore was the arresting officer.

  • March 14, 3:29 a.m. – Christie Lynn Rupp, 35, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke in a case involving felony dealing methamphetamine. She was being held without bond.

  • March 14, 11:34 a.m. – Stephanie Michele Marlowe, 36, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued out of another county in a case involving felony non-support of a dependent child. Courthouse Security Officer Patrick Fulford was the arresting officer.

  • March 14, 10:13 p.m. – Carl Dean Retzlaff, 63, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of misdemeanor domestic battery and intimidation. His bond was set at $2,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy David Elmore was the arresting officer.

  • March 14, 11:10 p.m. – Christopher Dale Burton, 36, Ellettsville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence in a case involving felony possession of methamphetamine. He was being held without bond. Indiana State Police Trooper Caleb Garvin was the arresting officer.
