New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Monday, December 30, 2019:

December 28, 4:49 a.m. – Dalton Levi Criss, 24, Lyons, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony battery. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $400 and was released later the same day. Lyons Town Marshal Andrew Hamilton was the arresting officer.

December 28, 8:11 a.m. – Rikki Dawn Roberts, 27, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Her bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $400 and was released later the same day.

December 28, 3:40 p.m. – Devin Kyle Royal Bays, 25, Owensburg, Ind., was arrested on two warrants, both issued in cases of misdemeanor driving while suspended with priors within 10 years, one with bond set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed, the other with bond set at $10,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. But he was also being held without bond on a parole revocation. Indiana State Police Trooper Caleb Garvin was the arresting officer.

December 29, 3:24 a.m. – Brandy Jean Wilkes, 40, Linton, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and battery. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Linton Police Officer Joe Riley was the arresting officer.
