December 23, 11:46 a.m. – Desiree Lynette Spain, 52, Indianapolis, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $500 and was released later the same day.

December 23, 4:20 p.m. – William Michael Clark, 21, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence on a conviction of misdemeanor battery resulting in bodily injury. He was released on his own recognizance later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Terry Wade was the arresting officer.

December 23, 9:51 p.m. – Joshua James McKenzie, 28, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of felony failure to register as a sex or violent offender and on a warrant issued out of another county for failure to appear. His bond in the Greene County case was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He was being held without bond in the out-of-county case. Jasonville Police Sgt. Brian Pilant was the arresting officer.

December 24, 2:29 a.m. – Thomas Carl Jaroscak, 43, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving misdemeanor domestic battery. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Jasonville Police Officer Dustin Cain was the arresting officer.

December 24, 4:44 p.m. – Jeffrey Alvin Twitty, 60, Vincennes, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor theft. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $100 and was released later the same day. Linton Police Officer Adam King was the arresting officer.
