New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Friday, December 20, 2019:

December 19, 12:07 p.m. – Thomas Wayne Beeks, 35, Jasonville, Ind, was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of a syringe, and on three warrants issued out of Greene and Hendricks counties. He was being held without bond.

December 19, 1:48 p.m. – Nicholaus Sean Dorgan, 20, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence on a conviction of felony theft of a firearm. He was being held without bond.

December 19, 8:00 p.m. – Kyla Diane Sharp, 41, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor battery. Her bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $100 and was released on December 20. Linton Police Officer John Agan was the arresting officer.

December 20, 12:16 a.m. – Michael John Sexton, 64, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving misdemeanor battery resulting in bodily injury. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Linton Police Sgt. Logan Hobbs was the arresting officer.
