New entries the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Friday, November 8, 2019:

November 7, 9:30 a.m. – Teleshia Shenae Hoesman, 34, Linton, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia with a prior conviction and false informing. She was being held without bond pending appearance in court. Linton Police Officer Joe Riley was the arresting officer.

November 7, 10:44 a.m. – Jeffrey Dale Groomer, 29, Solsberry, Ind., was arrested on two warrants, one issued for failure to appear in a case involving misdemeanor domestic battery, and one issued for failure to appear in a case involving misdemeanor driving while suspended – second offense and leaving the scene. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed in both cases.

November 7, 11:50 a.m. – Jeremy Lamont Jordan, 38, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued out of Vanderburgh County for failure to appear. He was being held without bond. Linton Police Officer Orry Phipps was the arresting officer.

November 7, 3:35 p.m. – Brady Lee Jerrell, 25, Linton, Ind., was arrested on two warrants, one issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence on a conviction of felony theft, and one issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor interfering with a drug or alcohol screening test. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed on the second warrant but he was being held without bond on the first warrant. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Terry Wade was the arresting officer.

November 7, 8:56 p.m. – Shannon Lee Parkes, 40, Lawrenceville, Ill., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor reckless driving at an unreasonable speed. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Michael Coy was the arresting officer.

November 8, 7:00 a.m. – James Anthony Hester, 47, homeless, was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of a syringe and resisting law enforcement. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Linton Police Sgt. Logan Hobbs was the arresting officer.

November 8, 10:25 a.m. – Mark A. Kessner, 36, Medora, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor reckless driving involving property damage. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed.
