November 1, 10:37 a.m. – Joseph Christopher Little Jr., 33, Poland, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at a change of plea hearing in a case involving misdemeanor battery resulting in bodily injury. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed.

November 1, 4:13 p.m. – Daniel Justin Britt, 38, Indianapolis, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on preliminary charges of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC above or equal to .15. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $500 and was released on November 2. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Terry Wade was the arresting officer.

November 2, 7:33 p.m. – Larry Dewayne Pierce, 49, Worthington, Ind., was arrested on a Writ of Attachment and on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia with a prior. His bond was set at $1,000 cash only on the Writ and he was being held without bond on the new charges pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Alan Jackson was the arresting officer.

November 3, 1:20 a.m. – Michael Lee Lentz, 38, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony theft and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. His bond was set at $4,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Linton Police Officer John Agan was the arresting officer.
