New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday, November 19, 2019:

November 18, 12:56 p.m. – Eunick Ray Eagans, 27, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $100 and was released later the same day. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.

November 18, 1:48 p.m. – Daniel Trey Payne, 20, Linton, Ind, was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving misdemeanor minor possession of alcohol. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed.

November 18, 2:05 p.m. – James Curtis Easter, 56, Mitchell, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence on a conviction of felony domestic battery. He was being held without bond. Greene County Courthouse Security Officer Patrick Fulford was the arresting officer.

November 18, 3:08 p.m. – Ethan Wayne Fitch, 20, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on preliminary charges of felony theft and fraud, and another warrant issued on a petition to revoke bond in a case involving felony theft and forgery. His bond was set at $8,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed on the first, and he was being held without bond on the petition to revoke. Greene County Courthouse Security Officer Patrick Fulford was the arresting officer.
