October 23, 1:43 p.m. – Jacob Preston Baysinger, 22, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on preliminary charges of felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC greater than .08 and less than .15, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC greater than .15, and misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC greater than .08 and less than .15, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC greater than .15. His bond was set at $8,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $800 and was released later the same day.

October 23, 6:48 p.m. – Kristi Lynn Vester, 42, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony theft. Her bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $400 and was released later the same day. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Wayman JR Blazier was the arresting officer.
