December 28, 10:00 a.m. – Joey Lee Phelps, 37, Indianapolis, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on preliminary charges of felony auto theft and auto theft – receiving stolen property. His bond was set at $14,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Jail Officer Darren McDonald was the arresting officer.
December 28, 10:38 a.m. – Brandon Joseph Lee Ward, 25, Indianapolis, Ind., was arrested o a warrant issued for failure to appear at a change of plea and sentencing hearing in a case involving misdemeanor driving while suspended – second offense, and operating a vehicle while never having received a license. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He was released on December 31 after posting $500 cash. Greene County Jail Officer Darren McDonald was the arresting officer.
December 28, 6:28 p.m. – Kaleb Chance Powell, 21, Franklin, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated and misdemeanor violation of a restricted license. His bond was set at $8,500 surety with ten percent allowed. He was released on December 29 after posting $850 cash. Indiana State Police Trooper Richard Klun was the arresting officer.

December 29, 6:02 a.m. – Destin Ray Cullison, 22, Hymera, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of felony resisting law enforcement and misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle while intoxicated involving endangerment and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $8,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He was released later the same day after posting $800 cash. Linton Police Officer Kyle Robison was the arresting officer.
