July 9, 9:44 a.m. – Michael Rayne Henline 26, Solsberry, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke bond in a case involving misdemeanor interfering with the reporting of a crime and possession of paraphernalia. He was being held without bond.

Zachary Ray Harris

July 9, 11:13 a.m. – Zachary Ray Harris, 20, Avon, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended – second offense. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $500 cash and was released later the same day.
