  • September 25 – Devin Joseph Waggoner, 32, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor battery resulting in bodily injury. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He was released later the same day after posting $100 cash. He was booked in at 8:43 a.m. Bloomfield Town Marshal Kenneth Tharp was the arresting officer.

  • September 25 – Christopher D. Overly, 49, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor theft. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He was released later the same day after posting $500 cash.
