Greene County Jail Log
/New arrests on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department:
- August 8 – Steven Dewayne Goodman, 33, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of felony failure to register as a sex offender. He was taken into custody in another county and transferred back to Greene County. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He was released later the same day after posting $400 cash. Greene County Sheriff’s Jail Officer Bruce Porter was the arresting officer.
- August 8 – Bradley Joseph Deford, 36, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence in a case involving felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held without bond. He also is being held on a Writ of Attachment. His bond on the Writ is $700 cash only. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.
- August 9 – David Christian Timberlake, 39, Jeffersonville, Ind., was arrested on warrants issued out of other counties, one out of Shelby County in a case involving felony possession of methamphetamine and one out of Clark County in a case involving misdemeanor maintaining a common nuisance. He was being held without bond. Indiana State Police Trooper Taylor Lowry was the arresting officer.
