Greene County Jail Log

Editor's Note: The goal is to post the Jail Log up on GreeneStreets by 10 a.m., but it's posting a bit later today due to a delay. It was a busy weekend for law enforcement in Greene County, causing the booking information to be released by GCSD later than usual.

New arrests on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department:

  • July 27 – Sara Rebecca Fimmel, 31, Solsberry, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of felony domestic battery and misdemeanor battery. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Indiana State Police Trooper John Yung was the arresting officer.
  • July 27 – Nicholas Scott McElwee, 38, Eldon, Missouri, was arrested on a Writ of Attachment. His bond was set at $500 cash only. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Harvey Holt was the arresting officer.
  • July 27 – Brandon C. Jamison, 30, Solsberry, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia plus a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence in a case involving felony strangulation. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy David Elmore was the arresting officer.
  • July 27 – Cody Michael Caron, 25, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC greater than .08 but less than .15. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He was released on July 28 after posting $400 cash. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Wayman J.R. Blazier was the arresting officer.
  • July 27 – Hannah Grace Hutchison, 28, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended. Her bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She was released on July 28 after posting $100 cash. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy David Elmore was the arresting officer.
  • July 28 – Cameron Robert Marling, 27, Solsberry, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence in a case involving felony resisting law enforcement with a deadly weapon. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Jail Officer Bruce Porter was the arresting officer.
  • July 28 – Ronald Alan Bays, 31, Worthington, Ind., was arrested on two Writs of Attachment. His bond was set at $600 total cash only for both. He was released later the same day after posting $600 cash. Worthington Deputy Marshal Russell Walls was the arresting officer.
  • July 28 – Justine Elizabeth Gardner, 28, Worthington, Ind., was arrested on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor criminal trespassing. Her bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She was released later the same day after posting $100 cash. Worthington Deputy Marshal Russell Walls was the arresting officer.
  • July 28 – Matthew Allan Porter, 32, Worthington, Ind., was arrested on a Writ of Attachment. His bond was set at $400 cash only. He was released later the same day after posting $400 cash. Worthington Deputy Marshal Russell Walls was the arresting officer.
  • July 29 – Robert Michael Tanner Hauck, 22, Linton, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of felony domestic battery, and misdemeanor intimidation, theft, resisting law enforcement and public intoxication. His bond was set at $13,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Linton Police Officer Nick Yingling was the arresting officer.
  • July 29 – William Vernon Harper, 57, Springville, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of felony possession of a syringe and possession of a gun by a serious violent felon, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia, and on a warrant issued out of Marion County on preliminary charges of felony possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug and possession of a controlled substance. He was being held without bond on the Marion County case. His bond was set at $20,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed on the new charges. Indiana State Police Trooper Zach Parker was the arresting officer.
