New arrests on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department:

  • June 4 – Camron Brice Burris, 29, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at a hearing on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence in a case involving felony intimidation. He was being held without bond. Greene County Jail Officer Darren McDonald was the arresting officer.
  • June 4 – Robert Jason Clifft, 41, Bedford, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of felony residential entry. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent allowed. He was released later the same day after posting bond. Greene County Jail Officer Darren McDonald was the arresting officer.
  • June 4 – Brandon Lee Miller, 31, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence in a case involving misdemeanor operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license and possession of paraphernalia. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Davis Aerne was the arresting officer.
  • June 5 – Angela Dawn Fields, 45, Worthington, Ind., was arrested on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Her bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Heather Wood was the arresting officer.
  • June 5 – Rebecca Carol Turner, 36, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on three warrants issued out of Monroe County for failure to appear at hearings in three different cases, a pending case involving misdemeanor theft and two cases involving convictions for felony drug possession and felony forgery. She was also arrested for new preliminary charges in Greene County for felony identity deception, possession of methamphetamine and possession of a syringe, and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. She was being held without bond. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.
  • June 5 – Timothy Leon Trowbridge, 52, Bloomfield, was arrested on a preliminary charge of felony battery. His bond was set at $10,000 surety with ten percent allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Heather Wood was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
