New arrests on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department:

  • March 23 – April L. Patterson, 37, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor dealing in marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. She was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Det. James O’Malley was the arresting officer.
  • March 23 – Joshua C. Philips, 34, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor battery resulting in bodily injury. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent allowed. He was released on March 24 after posting bond. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Wayman J.R. Blazier was the arresting officer.
  • March 24 – Paul Gene Goodman, 22, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent allowed. He was released later the same day after posting bond.
  • March 25 – Jordan Scott Enochs, 29, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended – second offense. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent allowed. He was released later the same day after posting bond. Linton Police Sgt. Logan Hobbs was the arresting officer.
  • March 25 – Britt Thomas Marvin Flagg, 29, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of felony possession of a methamphetamine, possession of a hypodermic syringe and maintaining a common nuisance, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. He was being held without bond. Worthington Deputy Marshal James Harrington was the arresting officer.
  • March 25 – Savana Michele Frost, 28, Shelburn, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of a hypodermic syringe and maintaining a common nuisance, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. She was being held without bond. Worthington Deputy Marshal James Harrington was the arresting officer.
  • March 25 – Daniel Edger Evans, 32, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a preliminary charge of felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $8,000 surety with ten percent allowed. He was released later the same day after posting bond.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
