New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Friday, November 1, 2019:

October 31, 4:25 p.m. – John Wesley Cowden, 49, Oolitic, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC equal to or greater than .15, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment, and possession of a handgun without a license. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $500 and was released on November 1. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy James Carpenter was the arresting officer.

October 31, 7:23 p.m. – Hali Jo Harrison, 31, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving misdemeanor theft. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.

November 1, 12:16 a.m. – Brandon Wayne Callahan, 37, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued out of Monroe County for an alleged probation violation. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Zach Goad was the arresting officer.
