Woman accused of throwing flower pots

A summons to appear in Greene Superior Court has been issued for a Bloomington woman after allegedly damaging flower pots at a Bloomfield residence.

Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Caleb Sipes was dispatched to a North Holtsclaw Road address in Bloomfield on Sept. 22 in regards to damage caused to a resident’s flowerpots.

The reporting party said Amberly Solari had been at her house and was eating crackers in her son’s room. She asked her not to eat crackers on her son’s bed and Solari got upset. She was asked to leave the residence and as she did, she allegedly picked up flower pots and began throwing them.

Deputy Sipes photographed the broken flower pots, which added up to approximately $25 in damage.

The reporting party informed Deputy Sipes she wanted Solari trespassed from her property.

Deputy Sipes attempted to contact Solari several times but was unsuccessful.

A summons to appear in Greene Superior Court was issued on Sept. 29. When appearing in court, she will be charged with criminal mischief, a Class B Misdemeanor.
