Woman accused of heroin possession

A woman with four cases pending against her in another county, with at least two warrants out for her arrest, was taken into custody Monday night and is now facing drug charges including heroin possession in Greene County.

Fallon Nichole Falise

Fallon Nichole Falise, 27, Springville, was arrested by Deputy Camron Frye of the Greene County Sheriff’s Department following an incident last Monday, July 20. Falise was booked into the Greene County Jail at 12:06 a.m. on Tuesday, July 21.

Deputy Frye and GCSD Sgt. Bobby Pierce were dispatched last Monday, July 20, to Blue Sky South in eastern Greene County when the sheriff’s department received a report of suspicious activity involving a shirtless man walking around looking for a woman. The man was saying the woman had run into the woods.

The deputies determined the shirtless man lived in Blue Sky and they made contact with him at his residence. He came to the door but refused to open it, citing concern about COVID-19. He said the woman was there and everything was fine. The deputies asked for her to come to the door to show everything was fine.

When the woman came to the door and advised that she was fine, she was asked for identification. The resident had already provided his identification. The woman left then returned to the door saying she did not have an ID but her name was Emma and she produced a birth certificate for a person named Emma.

As the deputies were leaving, another individual came to the residence and when asked about the woman named Emma, said the woman’s first name was Fallon.

The deputies were not able to determine the woman’s identity through records checks but when Sgt. Pierce contacted the Bloomington Police Department, he found out Fallon Falise had two active felony arrest warrants in Monroe County and the woman at the door matched the description of Fallon Falise.

Fallon Falise was taken into custody and after she was seated in a patrol vehicle, the deputies asked questions about a digital scale with white residue that was sitting in plain view on the passenger seat of a Chevy Trailblazer that was parked at the residence. The man willingly handed it over and Fallon Falise allegedly said it belonged to her. The white residue tested positive as heroin.

When a search warrant for the vehicle was executed, deputies reported finding several baggies with residue, used and unused syringes, and various documents including birth certificates and BMV paperwork, with various names.

Falise allegedly admitted she is an addict, a carrier for Hep C and that she has used drugs with people carrying other diseases.

Falise was being held without bond pending her appearance in court – date unknown, but late Friday, she was still in the Greene County Jail.

In Greene County, Falise is facing charges of:

  • Identity deception, a Level 6 felony,

  • Possession of a narcotic drug, a Level 6 felony,

  • Unlawful possession of a syringe, a Level 6 felony, and

  • Possession of a controlled substance, a Class A misdemeanor.

Falise has four criminal cases pending against her in Monroe County on various charges including felony auto theft, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a narcotic drug, unlawful possession of a syringe and identity deception.
