Enjoy pizza tonight at the annual fundraiser for the Greene County Sheriff’s Department’s Project Lifesaver. Law enforcement officers and departmental staff from all over the county will be waiting tables for tips. The officers and employees donate their time in order to help fund the project.

The event starts at 5 p.m. tonight, Monday, October 28, at JoEtta’s Pizza Villa in Linton and Pizza Villa II in Jasonville. They’ll be serving until 9 p.m.

Stop in to either location to enjoy pizza with all tips going to Project Lifesaver.

Project Lifesaver is a public safety program dedicated to protecting and locating missing persons who have a tendency to wander and become lost. The fundraiser makes it possible to purchase additional equipment so more individuals and families can participate in the program and also to purchase replacement batteries and equipment without any expense to the families.
