Update: Two juveniles missing from Greene County have been located safe

The two juveniles who were reported missing have been located, according to the Greene County Sheriff’s Department. Around 3:15 p.m., Thursday, April 2, GCSD reported both juveniles were located by deputies from GCSD and the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department. GCSD said both were safe and were not harmed.

UPDATE: Jaiclyn is 15, Sydney is 16 and they are from an area on the east side/outskirts of Bloomfield.

The Greene County Sheriff’s Department is asking for information from the public regarding two juveniles who are believed to be runaways.

GCSD Deputy James Carpenter, the investigating officer, said the two female juveniles, Jaiclyn Elliott and Sydney McNeal, left their homes during the morning hours today, Friday, March 27.

Jaiclyn Elliott is a white female with hazel eyes and reddish/brown hair, 5’ 2” tall, approximately 130 lbs.

Sydney McNeal is a white female with brown eyes and “emerald color” green hair, 5’ 8” tall, approximately 110 lbs.

Anyone with information or who locates them, please contact the Greene County Sheriff’s Department at 812-384-4411.
