IN CUSTODY: Convicted sex offender accused of stalking Worthington residents

UPDATE: Toby Lee Chandler, 25, Spencer, the suspect accused of felony stalking in Worthington, was arrested last night, Sunday, May 9, by Worthington Deputy Marshal Ryan Montgomery. Around 9 p.m., Chandler was booked into the Greene County Jail where he’s being held without bond. In addition to two warrants issued for his arrest in Greene County, Chandler, who is a convicted sex offender, is wanted on a couple of warrants issued out of Owen County for sex offender registration violations……..
